Soul Honey Records is the recording and songwriting project of Chicago-based engineer and producer, Andrew Christopoulos.

Featuring a rotating and ever-expanding cast of musicians, producers, session players and songwriters, Soul Honey Records' music weaves in and out of various genres and is marked by Christopoulos' unique brand of tongue-in-cheek humor & vivid storytelling. 

Over 30 musicians have performed on the first two Soul Honey Records releases (The Soul Honey Family Barbeque EP & Soul Honey Singles Vol. 1), but their sound is most heavily influenced by Christopoulos' core collaborators and close friends Sean Burke, Tommaso Veronesi, Inho Park, Jameson Brenner, Miles Eddy & Eric Doar. 

Soul Honey Records will debut a new album, Easy Shingo, on Oakley Avenue Records.
